We are now looking for an engaged communicator for a client in Södertälje starting in March. The assignment is placed in a central communications department that works across several business areas. You will work operationally with communication aimed at different target groups and contribute to creating clear, relevant, and accessible information in various channels.

About the assignment As a communicator, you will work with planning, production, and publishing of target group-adapted content. The role involves both independent work and close collaboration with colleagues, managers, and external actors. The focus is on operational communication such as web, social media, texts, and simpler media handling. The assignment is dynamic and requires you to be able to prioritize as needed.

Responsibilities

• Plan, produce, and publish content in various channels

• Write and edit texts for web, social media, and internal channels

• Create and adapt content in the form of images, videos, or graphics

• Work with target group-adapted communication in various situations

• Handle simpler media inquiries and prepare press releases under supervision

• Ensure deliveries according to set deadlines

• Collaborate with colleagues, managers, and external partners

Qualifications

• Approximately 2–3 years of experience in communication work in complex organizations that affect the public

• Good administrative skills

• Experience in operational communication work (text production, web, and social media)

• Basic knowledge of creating and editing content such as images, videos, or graphics

• Good knowledge of the Office suite (PC)

• Understanding of the communication process and experience working with different target groups

• Very good ability to express yourself verbally and in writing in Swedish

• Experience in planning, driving, and implementing communication efforts independently

• Good structure, organizational skills, and ability to work within given frameworks

• Ability to work efficiently and deliver against deadlines

• Team-oriented with good collaboration skills

• Curious about using AI to streamline and develop work methods in line with agile/lean approaches

• Flexible and comfortable in a changing work environment

• Driving license B

Scope and start

• Consultant assignment starting in March 2026

• Scope: full-time

• Assignment length: preliminarily 8 months
